The $100 Roadmap

It’s a simple concept: everyone gets an imaginary $100. They then “spend” their $100 across a list of priorities, goals, or initiatives.  It works wonders to help a team decide where to place resources.  It forces decisions, discussions, and creates a path forward for the next quarter, year, or further.
